Laptop Hard Drive / Storage

HD is basically storage on your computer, the more storage you have more things you can store. Depending on what you do with your computers, the bigger HD you'll need. If you install a lot of applications and use a lot of space than it can also have an impact on laptop performance.

If you like to listen to music than you might need more as music takes a lot of space. I have a 15 GB HD now and I honestly don't need more. I have always about 5 GB free with all my programs and the music I have.

I recommend you get at least 10 GB as you can never be to sure if you're going to need it and the price difference is almost non existent.
